Annual Tosa’s Night Out celebration will relocate to Milwaukee County Zoo
In an effort to bring the focus and fun of the city’s annual Tosa Night Out festivities back to neighborhoods and neighborhood associations, this year’s event will be relocated to the Milwaukee County Zoo, said Lt. Paul Leist of the Wauwatosa Police Department.
